I always make them laugh, always tell them they are looking good sometimes i will even though in a negative comment followed up by a positive comment, like your hairs a bit messy today Jes, but your still beautiful. I hug them a lot in a playful way.

First thing you do is start getting more in her ';comfort zone';. Sit really close to her, touch legs or knees together if you're next to each other. If you need something across from her, lean across her to grab it instead of asking her to pass it. If she tries to move past you to go somewhere or get something, don't move very much so she has to walk close to you.
Second, initiate touch more often. When you talk, occasionally touch her on the shoulder or the knee. If you need to stand up to go somewhere, touch her on the upper back or the shoulder. Just don't touch her on the stomach, butt, face, or inner thigh unless you're pretty sure she wants to have sex with you (obviously don't touch her boobs).
You can also check her out occasionally. Girls don't like it when you stare at their boobs or their butt a lot, but if you look down at one of those parts for just a second, then look them back in the eye like it's no big deal, it turns them on. well i can tell you that there are things that guys can do that would make them want to jump out of their skin, simple things like holding her the right way, complimenting a non sexual part of her body, make eye contact with her, and if you don't really know her and you see her on the street just give her a compliment smile and don't expect to get straight in the sheets with her, because it wont happen!!

Nah man, just be yourself, maybe take a good shower, buy a good cologne, do your hair, put some deodorant on, lotion your hands and face for smooth skin, a nice shirt, and some nice pants, and you're set. Maybe when you confront her, be nice to her, and you'll get your reward. Unless the girl you're trying to impress is ghetto, then that;s a different story.
