Soak your feet in extremely hot water, as hot as you can stand


for about 6 or 7 minutes. Also, if you pleasure yourself for about


5 minutes it will come too. I did this during the day and it came at night ha!

yes , I take a hot shower when i think it is time for me to start. and it works, it also you will only have a period 2 or 3 day. and not 5 to 7 days. isn't this great
